What Is Smudging?
Smudging a way to energetically cleanse a space to invite positive energy. When smudging a space, you burn plant materials such as white sage, sweetgrass, cedar, Palo santo. The smoke fills and purifies the environment by capturing the negative and stagnant energies and releases it back to the universe for positive transmutation for others.
Today I offer a smudge kit that includes sacred white sage, Palo Santo, Dragons Blood and an XL Abalone shell. Also including is a beautiful amethyst point that will assist with purifying and dispelling negative and stagnant energies
The incense can be changed to White Sage, Healing Lavender, Protection Blend, Sandalwood in lieu of Dragons blood
